Mission Statement The Mission of Huffman ISD is to empower students to be responsible, life-long learners who are prepared to succeed in personal and professional life.
About Community: Huffman is on Farm roads 2100 and 1960, thirty miles northeast of Houston in the piney woods of eastern Harris County. Huffman covers about 39 square miles and houses approximately 12,000 citizens. Huffman is a community consisting largely of subdivisions, scattered farms, apartments, and small businesses.   6. An effective problem solver who actively solicits input from those involved reviews the facts, makes the tough decisions and supports those decisions with resources and personal commitment.
